Block or report a family

Stop a family asking you for rides or messaging you, and tell us about a problem. They are not told.

Block. In Guests, tap the ⋮ on the family's row, or the ⋮ in your messages with them, then Block. The row reads Blocked. From then on their page shows you as not working: they cannot ask you for a ride or send you a message, and a request they had open is declined. Your backup drivers are not asked for them either.

Unblock. Settings › Blocked guests, then Unblock. Everything works again the next time their page looks.

Report. The same ⋮, then Report. Add a line if you want to, and leave Also block ticked to block them at the same time. We read reports every day and act on them as the terms say. A report is kept for 180 days.

A family with a problem can tap Report a problem in the messages on your page. It writes to team@taxista.app with the ride's reference.
